Dear Parents and Carers,
I do hope you and your families are keeping well and happy.
As we continue with the current situation I just wanted to let you know I have added some more very useful websites to support you and your families mental health and wellbeing.
As we are all aware these times are challenging for everyone, especially for parents/cares coping with their children being at home 24/7.
I know you are all doing the best you possibly can to juggle so many different things and wear so many different hats at this time. Which can at times become overwhelming.
So please look at the new websites (added below dated 21.4.20) the Childline – Calm Zone is particularly good to support children’s emotional regulation needs and there are some fun activities and games too.
