To Year 3,
Hello everyone, I hope that you are all well and are helping your families during this difficult time period. It feels very strange that we are not in school and learning together as our class family.
Diane and I are very proud of all the progress that you have made this year and although we are not learning in school it is important that we don’t stop our learning. Therefore, there will be work posted on our class page and I will be posting ideas for projects that you can do at home.
I am extremely interested to hear what you have all been doing whilst you have been away from school. I would like you to write down all the interesting things that you have been doing so that when we are all together again, we can share our experiences (I will be doing this also).
Please make sure that you are reading everyday and try to do as much Doodle Maths as possible. We want to get the best score in the school again! Remember to practise your times tables using ‘Hit the Button’. I want someone from the class to beat my high score of 40.
Diane and I are missing all of you and cannot wait until we are in school again. Use this time wisely and help yourselves to be the best you can be. Try not to play too many video games. If there is ever a day that you are feeling sad or missing your friends just remember that the isolation is not forever. Listen to some Crystal Fighters! That always seems to put you all in a good mood!
Take care of yourselves and remember to wash your hands thoroughly, eat healthy and most importantly stay safe.
Mr Briggs and Diane.
