Year 5

Hello Year 5,

I hope all is well with you all. You can only have so much of a good thing playing on your devices! Have you completed your home-work pack?

I have only been your teacher for a short while, however, I hope you all realise that I thoroughly enjoy teaching you all.  At the moment I have a big hole in my day so I have planned some activities for you to complete as you are at home.  Even though you aren’t in school, your learning should continue – every day is a learning day after all. I wouldn’t want all the hard work and new learning that you have all gained this year to be forgotten.

I know you’re all on social media asking each other when our next home work is arriving!

Well, I am sending you a weekly home learning package of Maths, English, spag, comprehension and spellings. Don’t forget to carry on playing and completing activities on Doodle maths.

Remember to keep on reading…

It is also important that you keep fit and keep your mind active…

Whatever you decide to do at home take pictures and send it to school or keep it for when we return - I’ll look forward to seeing them.

It would also be really good if you wrote a diary of your own feelings and activities through this unusual time we are living through. You could be writing history for future generation!

Look after your selves and see you all soon.

Ms Schulz
